To get the best results with your customized item, keep in mind these tips:

• Make sure the lighting in your photo is even (No very light areas or dark shadow areas in your photo).
• Please don’t tight crop the photos (anything that is cut off in the photo won’t print on your item).
• Bigger file sizes are preferred (send “max size” or “original size” whenever possible).
• The photo should be in focus (if you’re not sure, snap a few extras and upload those too).
• Please no photos from the web (they are often too low resolution for printing and most likely copyrighted).
• For pet photos, please use a solid color background. (If your pet is light coloured, then choose a dark background or if they are dark in colour, then choose a light background).
